We are Indonesian-Dutch couple, married in 2002, resident of Utrecht - The Netherlands, have one spoiled dog named Milo and one "gonna be spoiled" baby Isabelle.
This webpage mainly is use to share our story and pictures to our family and friends. But of course we always welcome for new friends.
The idea of this webpage is to share our story and pictures to our family and friends.
Since Ira's Dutch language is far from perfect and Dimitri's Indonesian language is even worse, we decided to use English as the main language in this blog,
eventhough lately due to the laziness of Ira, Indonesian language seems to take over.

Been thinking to update this blog... but I don't have time.. especially last week I was verrrrryyyyyyy busy... always home late.. at about 10 pm.....
Anyway.... I feel like blabering right now.... funny thing happen this afternoon when I walked with Jaka.... one old lady that lives in the elderly home close to my house called me to come closer.... she looks like she's 100 y.o..... she said she has something for me... I was about 10 meter away from her apartment, she lives in the 2nd floor. So I take turn and walked close to her balcony... she asked what is Jaka's name so I answer. Then she said she has something for Jaka and I, then she came inside the appartment and came out with a bag of biscuits on her hand.. so I was like...
 that's something that never happen before... not to me not to everyone else.... Do I look like hungry or something? I still can't figure it out.... She's a sweet old lady though
Anyway... It's a something like Marie Regal biscuit but special for old people... with special digestive thing so I don't really dare to try it and Dimitri also refuse to eat it cos he said it can sometimes make your stomach a bit upset if you don't used to it, I mean it's a biscuit special for old people with special nutricion etc.... The brand is Verkade... a very popular brand in Netherland

Back to Netherlands... back to regular life....
We have one guest dog at the moment... his name is Jaka, his owner is Hesti and Mark. They are still on their honeymoon in Indonesia and we take care of their dog for the time being. You can really feel the different of having small dog like Milo and big one like Jaka. Jaka is a mixed between labrador retriever and golden retriever..... very big... lots of hair and verrrrryyyyyyyyyyy sweeetttttt. Quite funny to see they play together. Good thing that they get along very well.
Anyway..... I'm back to normal life now.... back to work.. catch up with school... cleaning, cooking etc.....
Yesterday we went to Amsterdam to meet Boone, one of my friend that I knew through email. He has some business to take care of in Amsterdam. We went for lunch at chinese restaurant down town Amsterdam.

The fifth day in Sby.... very hot here....  ... Luckily Denny's room in hospital is using airco.... I spent most of my day there... talking with denny.... give hope to him.... He's having difficulties to sleep lately... he only sleep 3 to 5 hours per day...and thats not good for him
And it seems that this surgery gives some side effect to his eyes and his speak ability.... his both eyes now are swollen and he can barely see with his left eyes... and when he speak, its not always easy to understand... his surgery 3 years ago caused him almost deaf on his left ear. I hope nothing bad will happen with his left eye this time... hope it's only temporary
anyway.. the surgery went wel... we have to thank God for that... he has to take some radiation after this.... for like about 40 to 50 times.... i wish he strong enough to get chemotherapy... but it doesn't seems likely....
I checked my mail today and I read email from Paula, she said that Rerova made one website for denny.... it's very touching... thanks guys... it means so much for us...
