About us
We are Indonesian-Dutch couple, married in 2002, resident of Utrecht - The Netherlands, have one spoiled dog named Milo and one "gonna be spoiled" baby Isabelle.
This webpage mainly is use to share our story and pictures to our family and friends. But of course we always welcome for new friends.
The idea of this webpage is to share our story and pictures to our family and friends.
Since Ira's Dutch language is far from perfect and Dimitri's Indonesian language is even worse, we decided to use English as the main language in this blog,
eventhough lately due to the laziness of Ira, Indonesian language seems to take over.

My first "rijles"
I just finished my first driving lesson....  It went good as I may say my self. When the instructur picked me up, I was expected that he is going to bring me to some area when I can practice but he doesn't. He asked me if I ever drive before... I said yes but that was more than 10 years ago. Then he asked if I drive alot back then... again I said no... not more than 3 times.... I was abit expected than he is going to take it slow... after all I'm an unexperienced driver. But then he said, ok we just try it... he expects me to just drive.... 
I remember my friend, Soes, said, on the first lesson usually you're only allowed to handle the steering wheel and the speed accelerator, we're not allowed to touch the gear and brake. At least that was her experience with her driving lesson. But my instructur asked me to just try it and he will guide me in process.
The first 15 minutes I was quite tense, many times he has to help me with the brake and gear... usually I did it bit too late or too fast... we went around Utrecht tried also the main road where you have to drive 80 km/hour then back to suburb. The last 30 minutes I was quite happy with my self... I managed to change the gear smoothly...
My instructur is quite a nice man... he makes some jokes everytime I looked bit too nervous... at the end of the lesson he gave me summary what I need to give more attention at. I can't wait for my next lesson....

sukses ya rijlesnya. ik heb al mijn rijbewijs gehaald een paar jaar terug in wageningen. aku ada sih YM, cuma gak aktief. ini ID-ku roslinaina.

kamu lesnya hari apa ir? aku tak gak ke utrecht kalo hari2 les mu ... hahaha ... *tatutttt*
aku dulu les "quite depressed" soale disalah2no terus. padahal waktu itu aku juga sdh nyetir disini pake sim indo ... pp kantor rumah tiap hari. tp pas les ... dikritikkkk terus ... kurang nengok spiegel, gak noleh belakang (dode hoek) ... kurang gini kurang gitu ... dohhh syebel ... pdhl guru les ku juga sabar :D

guruku ngritik'e alus.. makanya ikke cintaaahh berat ama dia hihihi tak bisa kelain hati.. selesai les di kasih summary ama dia, apa aja yang perlu aku opletten... sakjane ancene rodho telat seh les.. wes 3 tahun baru les hehehe.... dulu dulu males seh... enak naek bis kemana mana... sekarang dalam rangka kantor baru yang di houten dan dalam rangka pengin punya anak.... jadi pengin bisa nyetir dulu mumpung masih ada waktu
